Take I-70 west bound to the Berthoud Pass exit. Go over Berthoud Pass on Highway 40 to downtown Winter Park. The third stop light is East Mid Town Road, with the McDonald's and Visitor Center on the corners, turn right. Go to the dead-end and turn left onto Ski Idlewild Road. Follow the road back to Sawmill Station and Trailhead Lodges, both are on your right.
